You can use them again or get a different lawyer. If you’re appealing a denial, you should probably use the same attorney or ask them for help with the next steps. If you are starting over, you can get a new lawyer. A new lawyer can't represent you if you are already represented on your application. If you need to re-file on a new application, you can get a new lawyer.
