Social Security disability attorneys work on contingency. And, the federal government regulates the amount attorneys get, so there are no upfront or ongoing costs. Attorneys or reps take 25% (or $7,200, whichever is less) of the first check you get from disability should you win. If you don’t win benefits, they get nothing.
