If your condition is on the CAL/TERI list
If your condition is on the Compassionate Allowance list, you generally shouldn’t hire us. You should be able to get benefits expedited on your own without a lawyer’s help. Be sure to flag your case as CAL/TERI and follow-up with SSA to make sure it is assigned a DDS examiner after you submit your application.

If you are receiving dialysis or recently had/are about to have a transplant
Getting dialysis or having a transplant automatically qualifies you for benefits. You should flag your case the same way you would for CAL/TERI cases.
